Really sorry about the deaths. We're never far away from tragedy

A very fine fella.

Very sorry for the young lad, put himself in harms way to warn others and pays a terrible price. You would feel for his family, his brother and sister who were on or near the scene apparently but especially his parents who were abroad and had to come home to the loss of their son.
These "1 and 100 year events" seem to becoming somewhat more common.

God love his parents & siblings the strength is very hard to find to get through these tragic events.

I thought I was back on my jollies, with a moat surrounding my house. I really felt for the people in Drumcondra where I work who again got hit last night with houses flooded on Botanic Ave.
