This coming Saturday sees the DBF Toy Run hit the streets of Dundee to raise cash and toys for under privileged kids in the area.

We are lucky to be the official charity of Tesco Dundee and they have had thousands of toys donated by customers over the last six weeks.

If you intend to come along we'd appreciate if rather than bringing a fiver and a gift as we have requested in the past you could just donate a tenner.

This would mean that two of our causes 'Glenlaw respite unit for severally disabled kids' and 'Spectrum care club for autistic kids' get some much needed funds to by specialist toys and equipment.

Hope to see you all there.

I really hope the closure of the FRB doesn't affect you. I would have loved to have taken part but I am on childcare duty tomorrow :blush

We were up at Tesco call centre today to pick up the toys they'd collected for us and it was truly amazing.
Combined with the toys donated from customers in their Dundee stores we reckon we'll have literally 1,000's of toys to hand out to local charities and underprivileged kids this Christmas.
Weather looks to be a bit lively but BM's ain't made of sugar and neither are their riders so we won't melt.
