Customer:
'Best wishes Suzanne' and underneath that 'We will miss you'.

Fella came to work with us where I used to work in a far away place. As he filled out his form for his security pass, he came to a section where it asked for his name and address for the second time, so he put 'as above' for this. When his pass was printed up, it duly had 'As Above' for his name.
To this day, he is known as As Above.
