wat u mean u dont go to ur dealer for tire pressssure adjustmint:blast

You get free ones when they put new tyres on so if the tyres are a little low on pressure get some new tyres and not only will you not lose the valve caps they will also inflate them to the right pressure :thumb2

When I put the metal ones on my mountain bike the shop assistant told me to make sure I do undo them and re-tighten them regularly as they can corrode onto the valve and possibly leave you being unable to add air (or at worse with a snapped valve stem trying to undo it)

Obviously depends on how often you take the sparkly machine out to play in the rain as to how quickly this might be an issue, my mountain bikes tends to play in mud a lot...

I have metal caipes to, and I soldiered on a tiny little chain between they and the sticky out bit, like fairy gossamer it is, so that when blowingh new oxigen in to my tires they dangle gently blowing in the breese. You can copy my ideea if youo like, its not copywrotten.

Good moaning

I fill my tyres with SikaBoom-S expanding foam, one can does the front and one and half for the rear. It's great stuff, never had a puncture since I started using it and I don't have to worry about losing the valve caps. It's available from B&Q and one fill last's the life of the tyre.

I use metal ones as the dealer told me that if I inflate my tyres with a bicycle pump the air will be denser and the metal should stop the air escaping as long as I only ride on smooth roads. I keep a spare set of metal caps in my wallet but am a bit worried as the plastic key is there and now I have no room for any cash. :nenau

I put them in my pocket, but then I do use these so the valve can be taken out easily when changing the tyres :thumb2

Top Tip when travelling

Take the air out of your tyres when parked up overnight and store it in your hotel room. Nobody'll nick it from there.

I do believe this post is a fake you bounder and is only showing how:

Not to spell
Not to punctuate
and how you should not talk a load of old bollox.

I fill my tyres with full fat, 4 star, Morning after night on the curry, fart gas*.

No one's going to steal THAT...

*The lumps act as a puncture seal goop
