DWA on dash... what's that then???

On my '04 1200GS, when I turn the ignition on and it does it's startup check, what does the 'DWA' indicator mean?
It says 'DWA' and shows the shape of a AA type battery looking empty.

Something to do with the alarm....possibly the battery in your key fob transponder is low????

That describes the main bike battery perfectly

Phones Paul at Blue Bell who contacted BMWUK for an answer, it was the batteries in the BMW alarm.
Changed and sorted!
Also changed the one in the key fob just in case.
