how come it takes e-buyer so long to ship anything?

i ordered some stuff last friday (14th) & it's not due to ship 'til tomorrow (18th)

Could be that they, themselves, don't hold ANY products!

I don't think they've got a phone either.

I've used them once and delivery was a little slow - a mate of mine fell out with them big time and was frustrated by the 'email only' communications.

Try Wstore instead (assuming they've got what you want).

tekheads are already my no.1 supplier

....but they were out of stock of the parts i needed & e-buyer claimed to have 401 antec pc cases in stock.
i should have twigged they are showing stock somewhere else & probably belonging to someone else at the time.

they were a lot cheaper than tekheads, not always a good sign. i'm not desperate and it's only a case & 1 fan. how can they that up?

I quite rate overclockers for speed of delivery, although 8.95 delivery charge is a wee bit steep on small items.

Tech support ok when muggins here didn't know to plug the 4-wire power cable into a new Asus m'board and couldn't understand why nowt happened.

Never had to try and return anything though.

Prices a tad cheaper than tekheads, possibly.

How strange......

I've used ebuyer quite a few times now, and never had any trouble at all. They've always delivered on the day they said they would, and even email if it's going to arrive early!!

Even their returns procedure seemed to work flawlessly.

I'll certainly give the others a go though.
