A friend of mine in Belfast cannot get my e-mail address to work I can get through to her ok but it wont work back. I checked all is correct with my address she's on BT internet any ideas anyone?

What is the error message she gets? It'll be contained in the return notice when it 'fails'.
It could be her email client's spam filter, the server her email goes through or several other things but the return/failure notice will narrow it right down
