On the Touratech site they are £24.50 which I don't mind paying but they want a further £8.30 for postage :eek So, where else can I buy them, two earpieces and a 2.5 mm jack plug seems to be the way to go:)

Try somewhere like Maplins. Most of the stuff is generic.

Made mine (for my 2720) from parts purchased at Maplins, cost about £14 ISTR (small mylar speakers, cable, and suitable jack-plug). If you have a soldering iron that may be the way to go. Mine fit discreetly behind the lining of my Arai, I cut a penny size 5mm deep hole in the polystyrene backing to the removable cheek-pads in the ear recess and hot melt glued the speakers in place. They line up perfectly with my lug 'oles. The removable lining that goes over the cheek-pads hides them totally with the cable running around the back under the lining. They've been working well for 2 years now.

I don`t know if it helps but I use my current £6.00 Sony headphones from Tesco all I needed was a 2.5mm to 3.5mm metre long convertor cable from Maplins - (about £8 if my memory serves me right) - works a treat.......:thumb

Thanks guys..all hopefully sorted..speakers ( from China:( ) and a 3.5mm reducing to 2.5mm jack from t internet:)...total all in, £7.48

I won't be using the ear pieces/GPS that often, hence my request for cheaper alternative:)

Thanks for all the replies, appreciated:thumb2

linky?

edit; doesn't look like I can attach an ear-piece to this 2620, not unless one of you guys tells me I can slot one into the extra antenna port...

Long while since I had the 2610, but I believe you use a couple of the wires inside the bike power lead and cut the earphone wires and solder.

Make sure before you chop into it.
