Ear Plugs..................the best solution - Custom Ear Plugs

Not quite so
Semantically not so.
Effectively so.
The end result being I paid £120 + £40 for two sets of plugs (effectively paying twice for impressions) as opposed to £98 + £40 it would have cost had I noticed the blueplug site first.

I'm not arguing about it, and I'm not even overly bothered about it (it's not like I didn't know what price I was paying). But it is a fact. :)

Well this is a blatant thread hi-jack if ever there was

I had some custom plugs made by HEARING RESOLUTIONS. I thought that if i had custom, easy to insert, ear plugs, then I would wear them more.

I only wear plugs on long journeys (100 miles+).

Well, they were shite. Painful and nowhere near as quiet as foam plugs.
The bloke really didn't want to give me my money back (30 day money back guarantee).

I've been put off custom plugs. I'll stick to foam ones thanks.

Re: Earplugs

I myself have bought earplugs off Micky. Very professional in his approach, excellent service, really nice bloke, they fit great. Would not hesiate to recommend anyone to him.

And of course with the 10% discount to UK GSers - exceptional value for money!!!!!

I wasn't having a go at you Adam ;)
£160 for two sets of earplugs with filters?

Would've been £120 for a UKGSer, probably less on the day ;)

Cheers Falconer:thumb

Yeah hindsight is great mate. I ordered long before looking in on this thread, or indeed realising you and Judge were in the game....

Cheers Micky

Earplug moulds taken on the Sat at Rainbows and the finished article arrived in the post on the Tuesday. Been using them for a week and they fit perfectly + much more comfortable than the disposable type.

Cheers guys... cheers Phil, wuz going to ring you to see if they had arrived, postal strike an' all that. Good to hear that you're OK with them :thumb2

Nice to see that this thread, as started by JB has got back on an even keel what with all the infiltrators trying to muscle in...

To those people :pullface

:beerjug:

edit... and that now includes you motomartin :pullface

have had both in ear monitors and the tube type, the tube type are better for me as I found that they are easier to fix when I pull the tube out of the ear mould.......being a clumsy fingered tosser!:drool
and the sound quality is pretty good, bearing in mind you tend to be listening to compressed music files anyway:)

and they are 100% better than listening through helmet speakers through a pair of ear plugs!!!
