Was intending going up on the Friday (still need to book though). Found a nice and easy route using the old Fosseway up past Stow, Bourton etc. (found this when going up to Horizons). Great picturesque road away from all the traffic. Even Sam Manicon told me he rides it all the time so it must be good. Let me know if you're game.

yep, we will be going up on the friday. We were looking at leaving early morn from Barnstaple, could meet you at the services just the other side of J27.around 9am and take a slow bimble up and stop for lunch on the way up, so that we dont beat Paul up there and he can have the tent ready for when you get there Jaq

We can meet Steve around bristol some where ie Gordano.or anybody else wishing to join . Looked at the map and the fosseway looks like a nice route up Steve ,Tetbury,Cirencester,stow on the wold, Moreton in marsh,then at Halford turn on to the Fosseway B4455 all the way to the A5 you get the drift , alonger ride but keeps us of the motorways and makes for a nice ride having not ridden that route before.

I'll be leaving from just North of Cheltenham sometime around early afternoon - probably taking the Stow scenic route, will be travelling with my G/F on the back having just picked up from the airport.

Sorry for the lack of a reply Badgerrrrr (and Jaq) but I needed to get closer to the event (calender speaking) to see if I'm working. Looks OK so far. I will have a definite idea by Tuesday. I will confirm ASAP. If all OK best place to meet me is at J18 M4 Tormarton. I then suggest we would then proceed in a Northly direction, then Easterly, then Northly then....

What sort of time would you be approaching???

However, he won't be able to leave until about 4pm on Friday.....so......

Still not heard from Jaq

So had planned to leave Barnstaple 0900 takes 1.45 to 2 hrs to J18 so arrive 1045 / 1100 @ j18

Jaq if your still riding up can met you @ 0945 j27 little cheif

So i would of thought we would be in the Stow area for 1200 for coffee and BUNs that'l tempt JaqBUNSbuns And Mav could meet us around there
