Called in at the Crown early last night whilst on a ride around the Melton area.

Hi not able to make the weekend but would love to go on the road ride on Saturday, am I right in thinking you will be leaving the Crown at around 10 Saturday morning

The green lane run will be leaving @ 10 so would guess Tufty will be leaving around the same time,

The Pie Run will be setting off around 10.10am. I wouldn't want anybody heading off with the wrong group and unintentionally ending up with the 'dirty boys'. Similarly, I wouldn't want one of the dirty boys to be confused and spend the day nancying around on roads!
I may have to send someone a satnav file of the route. There's quite a bit of it I can do from memory but theres a bit at the beginning and frankly, quite a lot of the end that I can't remember.
If there is a willing volunteer to lead the beginning that would be great. Also, someone with a sat nav to bring up the rear would be good too. PM me please if you wish to step forward. Remember, there's no such thing as a volunteer, just someone who misunderstood the question!

If people are genuinely interested in purchasing pies we can stop in a few places for pie purchases.

As for Sunday I don't know yet ,am out on Friday also so three days on the trot with two drinking sessions may be too much for me
Sounds good. I'll be riding over on the WR2 after work on Friday. Is there a petrol station anywhere near Sproxton so I can fill her up ready for Saturday?
