TT do cargo nets for inside the lids on their ally panniers... but are over £18 each side plus delivery....
So I decided to do my own.....No one can see them and they're removable without a trace anyway....
Needed :
1 Cargo net
1 Large cable tie
Slice the cable tie up into 8 lengths, drill a hole in each end of the lengths, fold over the elastic of the cable tie and screw down....
Do one side first, then trim the cargo net... there will be enough to do the other side... then trim as required
Utilise the screws holding the handles to the lid.... this would work with the 1150 ally panniers as well....
Good for storing stufff needed quickly... and not having to empty the pannier to get to it...
Total cost just over £3 for both sides
I'm told this has been done before but I couldn't find it
