I live in a townhouse and the garage is set back accessible via a narrow driveway between the side of the house and the fence.

It's just wide enough to get a small car down and has a gradient at the front where the footpath is, which makes it tricky to get the RT in.

Last week I ordered a motorcycle turntable from the Ebays (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/291692585172 )

I was skeptical at first, but the turntable is just great, I have about 15cm to spare at each side when rotating the bike, but I can now ride in, turn the bike, then back it in to the garage, without the faff of trying to reverse it up the gradient.

It is light, has a carry handle and two feet to stop it rolling around in the garage when stored vertically, and when I park the bike on it, it's a very simple push down on the luggage rack, then push the back of the bike round.

Well worth the cash IMHO.
