Wow, it's hard work changing up when it recommends, 6th gear at 40mph anyone?

That was the 1st thing I turned off! No place fitting one to a motorbike IMO

Haha I turned it on the other day after someone posted it on here about personal menu settings, now I just need to turn it off!

Total waste of time. The motor needs to rev freely to achieve decent economy. Was an article in bike mag a while back which proved lugging around in high gears was negative for fuel economy.

Like all economy indicators it rewards those who ride/drive like yer average private hire operator.

Never cease to be amazed how quickly you can get to top gear on a whiff of revs if you really try

On the other hand when the gas is a tenner a litre
