Edinburgh - after a favour?

A Russian friend (English-speaking) is visiting the UK with his Victory and wants to take a few days out for a side trip. Is there an Edinburgh-based tosser who might be able to store his bike for a few days from Sunday evening? Please PM me and I'll put you in touch with each other.

If no-one else is available to do this, I'm 38 miles North of Edinburgh in Fife. We're on a main rail line which takes an hour back into Edinburgh with the bonus that you get a train ride over the Forth Bridge. I'm sure we could fit the Victory into my garage for a few days. However, if you get an offer closer to the centre of town, no problem.

Not sure how many of them are travelling together. He came over for the Harley do in Lincoln with a business partner, but I think his wife may be with him too.

ETA we owe him a favour as he was the guy that organised a truck to take us and our bikes to Moscow after I broke my leg.

We could manage a couple or perhaps two. I usually rent out our annexe on Airbnb but it's occupied at the moment. We still have at least a couple of spare rooms or perhaps even three at a push.

Funnily enough, our previous long-term resident for the past 12 months was a visiting Russian Professor of Marine Biology at St Andrews University. So I can do "Privet, spasibo and dosvedanya"

No problem at all Mrs R. Equally if they're Russian oligarchs, they might want to stay somewhere more posh. I can still look after the bike or not. Whatver works for them.

Unfortunately Biil, I haven't been on a bike in 6 months. I've not been too well, recently.

This is an odd one. I'm not running a B&B but could squeeze a bike into my garage if I tidied up a bit.

I'm on the edge of Falkirk 20 miles west of Edinburgh airport. Near M9 J4/J5.
The main Edinburgh / Glasgow railway line rumbles 200m from my door though Falkirk High Station is a whole 10 minutes away.

Any use?

I thought I'd share something with you. The guy is a bit of a 'dude'. He has an amazing collection of bikes, trikes and sidecars. He was on his way from a bike trip when we arrived in Moscow, and came straight to our motel to see what we needed. He arrived on the tattiest-looking 1150GS I've ever seen - a far cry from anything else in his collection. He said it was an '05 and that he had salvaged it from an accident on the Trans-Siberian Highway ... I suddenly realised that it had once belonged to a mutual friend (the person who introduced us). He had been involved in a charity ride from Vladivostok to St. Petersburg (in the days before the Trans-Sib was tarmac), when the group was hit by an overturned ZIL truck. The rider had bailed seconds before the bike was literally torn apart. The bike in the pictures used to be a '05 GSA ...
