Have been putting the electrics back in the R80/7 project bike over the weekend, and was able to figure out where most stuff goes.
But there was one bit I hadn't taken a photo of and which doesn't seem to exist on the wiring diagram (possibly because it has an RT or semi-RT loom on it).
It's a 79 R80/7
Where the main loom goes along the top frame tube near the coils there are 3 wires that come out of the loom - a green one which goes to the left coil, the frame earth, and a black one.
I think the black one is supposed to go on the same terminal on the right coil as the black wire that goes to the bean can.
I'm guessing it possibly goes to the electronic tacho, but haven't been able to
test this.
Any ideas?
