Engine bars - advice please?

I thought about it a fair bit and recently fitted some SW-Motech upper and lower bars.
I still don't know if it was worth it, lets hope I never need them....
I can say they arrived very quickly and fitted very well without any problems I was not keen on the shade of gray they are finished in but they are very high quality bars.
