Hi all, whilst doing a valve adjustment the other day I noticed a strange engine clicking noise in the right head. I was rotating the rear wheel to find TDC and every now and then I can hear an audible click in the vicinity of the right head.
Trying to work out what it is, first I thought the valves closing, but the left head wasnt doing it. Then I thought it could be the timing gear, morover the cam chain tensioner.
It cant be important, the motor hasnt stopped. I just wonder what the noise could be, and why it is particular to the right head. Could it be that I may have been rocking the rear wheel forward and backward, and it indeed was taking up the cam slack?
Thoughts anyone?
