Engine Immobiliser preventing starting

If you are more East then Russ at bemerbikes (Woodford) is your man; his setup is not to everyone's taste but I've always found him accommodating.

I heard of him when I had problems with my r1100rs but sorted it myself. What's his details? Does have a website? I get the hint that Jap and German are not up to it... thanks mate

Sorry, no experience of Jap & German but Bemer Bikes Ltd tel is 020 8550 9200 / 02085509200,Local at Unit 13/400 Roding La South,Woodford Green.

Neither Neil or Russ have showrooms, carpets or free coffee, but they will sort your every need regarding a GS. I lived in Woodford and mainly used Neil

The Odyssey is very good but personally I think over priced for the additional benefit it offers. Mine was bought used from a friend (and doing fine thanks) making it ok on costs. But a Motobatt is 1/2 the cost and delivers a lot more than half the benefits.

IMO you are best to go cheap and cheerful and expect to replace it every 2 years or go the whole hog with something OTT like the Ballistic.

The Ballistic LiFePo is only worth having if you need the space saving (or want the bling). Otherwise there's not a lot of point.
