Hiya Chaps ,
Does any one know if you can fit an 1150GS engine into an1100GS without to much hassel still keeping the 1100 gearbox etc

So, you only need to replace the engine, gearbox, final drive, and rear subframe, and you have turned your 1100 into an 1150?

WHY well the 1100 engine is trashed and I have a spare 1150 engine, would the 1100 clutch etc fit on the 1150? all I was hoping to do was drop the 1100 engine and fit the 1150 so it aint that easy then oh well seemed like a good idea at the time

rear subframes not a problem as you'll be using the original 1100 gearbox that it mounts to --


see if the you can put the 1100 flywheel on the 1150 crank --

go on Jim have a go , then you can be the 1100 to 1150 expert
