Engine Tuning. Northern England?

Can anyone recommend a company in the north of England who could do some tuning work on a single cylinder Yamaha 660 engine?

I'm toying with the idea of buying a MZ Baghira and I'm considering my options

I'm based in Merseyside.

I've had a look at Slipstream - but they're a long way south in Kent.
