ESA problem?

hi all, when i press the esa button i can select nomal sport comfort, but it wont go into pillion or luggage ?? any ideas,, thanks

Well the other things only work if you are running the engine or not running the engine, one or the other, with the bike in neutral. If you refer to the manual I am sure they will know which way round it is. Press a few buttons all will be well

You can change between comport, normal & sport on the move

To change into pillion etc you must be stationary with the engine running (I think)

Then hold the ESA button down for a few seconds.

Try holding the ESA button down for 10 seconds in neutral with engine running

Engine running, bike stationary. Press the ESA button once then press again this time holding it down. You should see the preload setting change and you can keep cycling through the options by releasing and pressing the button. Once you have the required option don't press again and the icons will flash on and off until the setting is done at which point the icon stays lit. You cycle through the rebound settings by pressing and releasing the button quickly.
