After all of the good reviews on these I've decided I want to try one on the back.

I've only found "Wilbers" that do them in the UK - http://wilberssuspension.co.uk/k60.php but they haven't got any in stock and don't know when they will come in - has anyone got any suggestions for either UK or EU suppliers?

Regards

Andrew.

mynetmoto.eu for heidi's.

however, mitas are now doing an 09 enduro tyre in 800 sizes. the heidi's are a good wearing tyre from my experience, and versatile too. if you're doing more off-road stuff, the mitas are better, and are much cheaper than tkc's and last a good deal longer. http://www.trelleborgtyres.co.uk/ i took delivery of the 140 rear (which fits the 800) and it cost me £58. it'll be partnered with a front TKC in my jaunts through Mongolia and Siberia next month.

I'm on 'the list'. I suspect they will have lots of phone calls to make when they finally get a few pairs.

UK distributor does not expect them for a few weeks.... and will give no ETA to suppliers. I'm going to wait another month or so then if nothing is around I'll pick up some tourances for the summer. There was a thread yesterday about a little shop in london (maybe?) doing a set for around the £140 mark. Worth finding methinks.

Same place

I get mine from these guys...

www.everyaccessory.co.uk :thumb2

Yeah - that was the first place I found on Google (actually, the ONLY place in the UK that came up on Google) - I placed an order but their process broke - I got on the phone and it turns out they ARE the same place as http://wilberssuspension.co.uk/k60.php and they are going to remove the "everyaccessory" web site soon.

The other places listed also show "no stock" on web sites at the minute so if anyone managed to dig up the thread or the London shop address then please point me in the right direction.

I've been looking for a pair of K60s for a couple of weeks now (For a 1200 though, not sure if the rear wheel's a different size, I know the front is). Tried all the places so far mentioned with no joy. Am also on EveryAccessory/Wilbers' list. Seems like no-one in the UK has 150/70 17 rears - plenty of 110/80 19 fronts, but I know that doesn't help you chaps in the 800 section.

Found some on eBay but they're priced at just under £200 a set and I'm not paying that when usual price seems to be around £140!

I was told that due to delays in Federal safety approval of new equipment at the factory that they were temporarily out of production.

That was a couple of weeks before Easter and I immediately snapped up a pair from Every Accessory.

Don't know if they are back in production yet. I do know that they are impressive tyres and with the possible exception of tyre life tick all of the boxes for me. The rear seems to be wearing fast but has done 2,700 miles so far and appears to be about 50-60% worn.
