Euro regs for older bikes

So we are off to eastern Turkey in September, starting from Amsterdam. Been more than a decade since we've been to Europe and we're wondering how things have changed with emissions regulations. We will be avoiding cities and motorways for the most part, but that won't be possible for the whole trip. The bike is a non-cat '97 1100GS.

You will have zero trouble vis-a-vis emissions, trust me. Just pay the correct fees for any motorways you MIGHT take.
