Hot of the press! And from a very reputable UK BMW dealer that the latest part number for ring antenna is 61357705247. Seems they are only in Germany at present and on the way. Have put my order in today for this very necessary accessory.
Also asked my local dealer to make sure they use this part when repairing my '07 1200GS that suffered its second failure in 6 months at the weekend. Even if that takes a couple of weeks....
