exhaust flapper valve - stay or go???

Hi all, I'm looking at getting a full system for my 2010 GSA. Do i take the flappy valve thingy out or leave it in? what are the pro's/cons.

I'm going to be different and buy an Akrapovic system

i'm not going to get it through bmw so has anyone had any good prices for a full system?

Full Akro lets you keep the Flap IIRC

Well i fitted it and took it out last weekend and i'm very impressed, lots more mid range torque and a beautiful exhaust note.

They must have different regulations in Slovenia because how that can be stamped and be considered legal is beyond me

Yes a lot of money but a lot of an improvement as well.

Did you add a Power Commander or booster plug? Or ECU remap? I also just ordered a full system from NN but am thinking if I need a PCV too....
