Ok,
had idea exhaust lug not in correct position but was not a functional issue
just after taking shock out and slotted wilbers in with canister on side
it seems be hitting on the exhuats as have put pressur eon it to ge tit into slots so i am not fitting it until sorted
anyone have a pic of the exhaust lug so i can see the correct alignment
also anyone have ideas on heating/bending the lug
Also whats involved in getting subframe out is it handy enough on these bikes?
I am not fan heating aluminium but have heard 3 different ideas off people in the know
1-heat till turn straw yellow then its correct temp (not gone on this ideas)
2 - cover it in soap and when soap goes black its ready bent
3 - off advrider, put pernament marker on it and when it starts dissapear its hot enough
any other ideas.
just other option is cut it off and bring into work next week to Tig weld it on again
