Someone just posted this on a Facebook camping group - are Exped any good? Need to get the Mrs a camping mattress so might get one of these if they any good?

Had my synmat 9 for about 6 years although it’s only used about 6 times a year it’s very good really keeps you insulated from the ground ,I think the R rate is about 6 so very pleased with it .

An Exped Megamat 10 and a Downmat 9LXW.
Both superb sleeping pads. Very warm and never let me down.
I also have 3 Thermarest pads but normally go for one of the Expeds first.
