Extended Insurance Warranty

My gsa is two years old in a weeks time, I enquired with the supplying dealer a couple of months ago and was told it is arranged via BMW directly with the customer and they would contact me direct usually when the bike is 22 months old.
Got the bike serviced on Tuesday and queried that I had not heard anything, I was given a contact nos for the warranty department and spoke to them and was told I would be e mailed with all the neccessary details ( you need a password to access it on line).
Guess what , absolutely nothing !
Anyone else had problems ? Funny because they normally seem so keen to take your money

my 2 years is up towards the end of the month and BMW sent me a letter re: extending the warranty about a week ago.

i would have thought you should have had one by now too.

BMW sent me a letter as well just before the 2 years was up on my warranty

i would be surprised if they didn't contact you.if you don't hear within 2 weeks of warranty expiry,email them directly,i've always found them pretty much on the ball.

Thing is that I have contacted the insured warranty department and they still haven't sent me the info, I'll give them until the end of the day and speak to Customer Services

Guess on about a pound a day for a year via BMW's in-house offering, depending on excess chosen.
