Extended Pillion Rack - Options

Have any of you come across someone in the UK or Europe selling anything similar to this?

Could be just what I'm looking for (for 2011 GSA). It looks rock solid and allows you to still clip the pillion seat over it. Could then just bolt pretty much any type of box to it either in the pillion position or further back.

I've seen all the pillion mounts that clip in using the seat mechanism but suspect they won't be as strong as this and generally aren't as long (with the exception of this one - http://www.bestrestproducts.com/p-66-super-pillionplate.aspx).
