External Jump Start fitting instructions

Chaps, who can advise me which is the positive terminal on the starter motor, is it the one at the top closest to the cover? Also could someone compare their starter fitting and give me a couple of measurements where to drill the hole for it?

Bought the external jump start fitting and Google has failed to find some fitting instructions.

Use a laser pointer, preferably on a mini tripod to get the position of the center of the bolt hole of the new starter post once fitted, refit the plastic cover and mark the laser point, remove cover, drill, refit cover fit post job done.

The bracket should be installed with the threaded hole towards the rear of the bike.
The pictorial shows it forward and it is very close to the solenoid shell which is battery negative.
I informed Tony Lorenzo long ago about this but never got an answer back.
