Extra Black

I know there are a lot of people on here that think the new triple black should look different from stock. Well I traded my Artic White 2014 plate GS in for a triple black and have made some changes to make it more the way I would like it, which may be more to some peoples taste ... or not. So I thought I'd share what I have done and see what you think. Personally I think it looks a lot better

I have;
- replaced the stock exhaust with a carbon Remus
- replaced the screen with a dark tint Puig touring screen
- had the wind deflector sprayed black
- had the BMW engine bars powder coated black
- had the valve covers painted black
- had the radiator cowlings painted Black Storm Metalic to match tank

Looks good, BMW take note. Personally would prefer the cast wheels and powder coated in black, (of course).

Agreed. It's the final silver piece that needs painting black.

I had the same style Puig screen on my old bike and it was huge. I could barely see over the top of it and is created a lot of turbulance.

I have a MRA Vario coming for my bike.

You bike looks great by the way...except for the screen

I don't like all back bikes either, red is the proper colour for a motorcycle

PS the screen is far too big, wind pressure will cause problems with the mounts unless you have extra bracing?
