extra lights problem

Sorry me again,but while i am here ! BTBR fitted me some lights over 4 years ago now.The driving spots are not coming on but the main beam ones are still ok.The lamps inside are ok and there is power getting to the light unit.The little green light comes on.So where would be the best place to start looking for the fault before I start touching things i shouldn't.

What form switching do you have have. Motoswitch ?

Its on the indicator cancel switch.Have to hold it in for sec to turn them on or off.

yup check the earth to the lamps.
might of moved and contact not very good if earthed through the fixing bolt to the fixing bracket.


get a tester n set it on "beep" or ohms settin


put red tester lead on live end of wire to bulb, and the black lead to any earth on the bike.(a good un)

see if you get a circuit, if you do yer lights are workin ok ( ie gettin power to bulb)

its the earth that connects yer light unit to the light bracket or what ever you have used..that has a bad connection that needs lookin at
