f700gs throttle by wire cruise control

Hi Guys, has anyone found a cruise control system for the throttle by wire parallel twin BMW`s yet?
My wife has a 2017 F700GS and wants a cruise control on it but rather not use a throttle lock.

Sorry can you clarify, do you want a cruise control for "fly by wire" system, as in no throttle cable(s) , just electrical leads

Or by wire as in conventional throttle cable(s) coming out of the grip

The newer 750's are fly by wire as an option, so in theory could be retro fitted but would be hugely expensive

New loom, ecu , grips , throttle body's etc

I haven't heard of anyone doing one as a aftermarket accessory although i could be wrong

what dosen't your other half want a throttle lock , there are several types available

I found my simple one, one used to it, a doddle to use

Hi guys my wife’s 2017 700 is fly by wire and I would like to add a cruise control but not the one on the end of the handlebar like the throttle lock, like the Cmcruise one but that one they have advertised will not fit the fly by wire bike.

They are made by a guy in the Hexhead section - if you mail him i think there cheaper than the bay

I had one on my 1200gs you literally set it with your index finger,

All you have to do to turn it off is manually close the throttle,

I went to Scotland on the GS set the cruise on the Mways and cruised the whole way

If i can find my old one, your more than welcome to try it, or drop the guy a line and see if he will let you try one

Thanks for the suggestions guys but i am looking for a proper cruise that works like a factory fit on my 2018 gsa it looks like MCCRUISE are developing one.
