Farkle development including the front crud

I'd have a rear crud if you can do a powder coated one with no logo. How much would one be?

A tenner extra for the powder coating, Nuts, that's at cost to me and I will happily do one without a logo - be aware that the powder coating takes a few more days to get sorted.

If you wanna proceed contact my Kath at [email protected] telling her you wanna black one at an extra tenner and she will sort out the admin and I'll make a 'special' for ya!

Spot on service again, cheers Mark:thumb I'll sort payment out when I get home this evening.

Normally I am sure they would but life being life I suspect they may not because of some health and safety policy or some other damn daft policy.

I guess all you can do is ask? But anyway, fitting is a breeze and risking other fellow tosses saying I'm talking rubbish I'd guess at ten minutes for the front crud and 15 minutes for the rad covers assuming you have all the tools and more brains than me

I wasnt looking at it from that angle.I was thinking of it more from a not BMW aftermarket part so it would be sitting in there show room making my bike look all blingy:bounce1

Well yes I see what you mean and indeed BMW's Park Lane, Laceby, Bristol and Shappiro in Japan have all fitted my parts for display models from time to time but I guess it's down to the dealer eh?

Ask them, they can only say no :thumb

Thank you.

Its their loss, they should and can do better!

I phoned them up and cancelled my order for the large frame protectors. £90 back in my bank, and I wrapped the frame in clear 3M helicopter tape, so win win for me:thumb:beerjug:

Anyway, next thingy................

So, next up is something I`m really making for me me me.

its a rack which covers the standard one because even though the standard one is lovely it`s not big enough and I`ve already scractched it several times FFS.

And bizarrely its not very `strap friendly`.

So, next up is a rack which allows roc straps and/or bungees to connect to it, is much more robust, can take a larger load (oooeeer missus) and will have a `utility` bracket on it - posh words really meaning it will have a bracket on it which you can mount other stuff or in my case one of those Rotopak fuel containers (I`ve been spoiled with my GSA range............).

Anyway, watch this space the the next instalment from a deranged and mostly drunk mind...............
