Or you could do the Dakar man logo. I'd like to see what one with the one world bike logo would look like (plain black powdercoated with the logo etched in the centre).

The only one in existence at this time is the one on my bike but as soon as I manage to get some more made I`ll get one powder coated
A cheap solution would be to remove the Perspex and spray the inside surface, you at least will not see the droplets and marks, plus the front side will show a highly polished look. You could of course use the Bike color to do this to make things match. Unless of course you are after the blacked out Commando look that Nutty craves
we might need to watch out for scratches though as I`m kinda thinking it could quite quickly look crappy IMVHO

A good topcoat of stone Chip will protect things somewhat better, at least until the wallet can afford another purchase from you
How are the the Pannier Brackets faring up for delivery?

All the brackets are back from the powder coaters so if you are one of the kind folk who has ordered a) they will get posted sooooon and b) coz I screwed up the powder coating you got them £20 cheaper than what they should be!

Next project, unless I get drunk, distracted (think Homer) or otherwise lost is a pillion seat plate/rack/thingy

Does anyone know how I might be able to remove a snapped bolt in the engine block? I was installing the front crud catcher - I removed the wrong bolt so put it back in...over tightened and it snapped
Is there an easy way to get the half bolt out of the hole without having to resort to going to BMW for a hefty labour charge to drill it out? Any tools I could use to try and turn the half bolt and unscrew it?
