I've been using this for a while, and have also installed it on the Moto-Morocco website to make searching for stuff easier.

As a plugin, it adds a menu to any highlighted text that lets you search Google, Wikipedia, you tube and a load of other sites......You choose in the menu which searches you want to have pop up as options.

It pops up as soon as you highlight any text, then you just move your cursor a fraction usually (in my case anyway) to select 'Google' and click the google icon....it opens up a new tab with the highlighted text done as a search (the new tab is handy 'cos it means you're not going back and forwards between windows)

Yes you can copy and paste, open up a new tab to Google and search from there, but this is so quick and hassle free, it meana if you find a word, company, product, place name or anything else that you'd like to Google quickly , you just highlight it, click , and job done :thumb2

It does a few other things as well BTW, but the search using highlighted text is for me the best bit :)

Recommended...available HERE :)

How you getting on with Chrome?

As good as Firefox, better?

The whole thing about their privacy policy and saying that anything that was typed or entered into anywhere, including your own websites, forums etc, basically belonged to them put me right off.....hopefully they changed that policy but I haven't even bothered looking at it since then :(
