Fastway pegs

I've just fitted a set of fastway footrests to my F8 in the low position. The left hand one makes contact with the side stand spring post when pushed up (like it might be if the bike was dropped on it's side).

Has anyone had a problem with this?

I like the extra legroom but not at the expense of a busted side stand!
