Fastways pegs spring position

Just trying to fit fastways footpegs (in std position) and is looking ok until i try to fit the springs.

The instructions are not clear and I've tried em all ways and swapped left for right etc etc and cant seem to see a way that they fit.
They seem more than a little larger than the boss they should fit on.

Could would anyone with fastways take some close up piccys to help me,

Yep thanks for that, I had seen it but it's not the best detail pic of the spring.
I'll have another go , expecting do some "amendments " to the spring.

I had to mod my springs to get them to fit, trimmed the end piece and all was well.

same here, i had to nip off about 5mm of the spring. job sorted.
