fat bars on gs

im not that keen on the look of the standard bars, and would like to put on fat bars, i know ill probabley need risers, but my other question is .are the standard cables long enough ,with risers, and do i need special top clamps

Universal mounts, the ones which are about 50 % wider than stock,work OK on my GS and are cheap and easy to find.

I had no probs with cable, hose and wire length but there are a few different lengths around so you will just have to try and see.

I have two sets of risers on mine! One set erm...rises the hight of the bars. The other is also an adapter to take the fat bars and bring them rearwards 12mm coz they were hitting the screen. No probs with cables or looms etc.

I have Rox Risers and Magura Fat bars. Cables are AOK... bars are up and back a bit.
