I bought a Halversonns Walkyr jacket 6 weeks ago. I have just come back from two weeks in Spain using the jacket and the velcro on the front is coming unstitched. After buying what I thought was a premium product you can imagine how little confidence I have in it lasting any length of time.
The shop where I purchased it has said they will send it to Halversonns and it will be either repaired or replaced. Can anyone help me with regards to my consumer rights with faulty goods like this. My preference is a replacement.
In addition to this I have to do a 120 mile round trip to take the jacket and be without it. I have no other jacket to use on the bike.
