FD bearing replacement link?

Hi,

there has been a post on this forum about 1150GS FD bearing replacement along the road with nice pics and everything. I think it was from Steptoe (not sure though) but I am unable to find it back.

nice link, but if I remember well from the post, it wasn't really required to take all the FD apart.
Steptoe, didn't you post sth similar but with just the wheel removed? I thought you used an electric grill or toaster to heat up the bearings before fitting them.
I can't find it back... :-( dunno if it was here or on advrider.com...
