Feeler Gauge conversion?

I want 0.5mm to 0.6mm

My feeler guage is imperial. goes from 0015" to 025"

What size do I need to select on my guage to match the mm size I'm after?

Easy Conversion??

Hi Whatton,
The quick formula(?) I use is 4 thou (0.004") = 1/10mm (0.10mm) so you can easily convert any example eg 0.5 to 0.6mm would become 0.020" to 0.024" ( 20 to 24 thou' ) or 0.25mm would become 10 thou (0.010").
I still tend to convert to thou's, I find them easier to work with - maybe its an age thing??.

Fag packet cardboard used to be the right gap for plugs.
Mind these days its cheaper to buy a set of feeler gauges
