Just cancelled my monthly extended warranty on my 2013 GS
£41 per month but they didn't cover the suspension (more than 30k miles).
Engine was new in September and covered by bmw for 2 years.

When you take the engine and suspension out there's not much left that's a worry to be honest.

Just think of the Farkles I could buy for 40 quid a month :)

Now that sounds like a Kiss of Death statement.

Good luck.

We don't need Extended Warranty anyway with the Taboo GS Elephants Graveyard on eBay.

That inspires confidence in the suspension if it's only covered to 30k.

I suppose it all depends on how much you ride your bike.

Welcome to the club. I did not renew last sept but interesting i went online and it would let me renew. So far I have saved 400 for the warranty and £120 from the service by doing the oil change myself. Although next service is a major so will be back to dealer unless I can find a good independent in Staffordshire... Any recommendations?

I have two trips abroad in the next 10 months planned so will need good breakdown cover inc repatriation will could cost around £120

It used to be 18 K back in 2006 on my RT. So up to what mileage should they cover the suspension?

Considering the bikes are sold as rough tough high mileage adventure bikes with a 2 year warranty 18k is a joke and 30k isn't much better.
2 years or 60k would be more like it in my book.
