Final Drive Failure

I have just got off the phone to Park Lane BMW where my bike is in for it's 18k service. FYI it is an 03 ADV

Steptoe and I noticed a creak coming from the drive shaft on Sunday at the tank track, but my worst fears have been confirmed.

Park Lane BMW have confirmed that the final drive bearings have collapsed and the whole final drive is "sha**ed"

Having a new one fitting in the morning, straight out of Bracken tonight.

Great job Park Lane and Steptoe thank you for the advice.

What is going on with the quality of parts with BMW......
