Finally Got It!

Some of you will remember my post (here) where I was agonising over the VIN mistakes...

Well I finally took the risk. Actually it's been a few weeks, but I've been bloody busy and travelling. So I am now the proud 6th owner (sloppy sixths - really doesn't have a nice ring to it) of an imported 2001 R1150GS.



I've been riding it around and I'm starting to get used to it; I'm really enjoying it, but what a heavy beast.

Anyway, it went to see Steptoe two weeks ago for a major service and a good once over by his expert eyes... seems to be in pretty good condition. So, I suppose that makes me a tosser now.
