discounts are more likely linked to taking out finance in the guise of a deposit contribution or inflated part exchange value. This is effectively the dealer sharing their commission on the finance with maybe an additional amount from BMW. Unlikely on such a new model as they only tend to do this on bikes in stock.

of course, there is nothing stopping you taking out the finance and then paying it off early to avoid the interest.
