just a word of caution, it looks as if you are using the origional gear lever! there have been instances where the gear lever has hit large rocks and snapped the shaft at the point wher it enters the casings, full engine apart to fix:blast, Kawasaki kx80 steel levers fit as do steel F650GS items or as i seen done, drill a hole on the bend and a slight hacksaw cut in the same place will hopefully make this a weak point wich will then break the lever instead of the shaft.
Nice looking bike, bet it wont stay that clean for long though.:thumb

Don't forget the TT ChainGuide and Rear Disc protector - essential for UK, if you look at the grooves in mine:eek:

Rushys got some bits hoping to get there tomorrow for final fitting!!

Fin,

don't forget to close off the vents in the back of the front mudguard!

I didn't, and ended up filling the core of the radiator with mud, which didn't aid cooling much :blast

Rather than buy the TT chain guide you can buy the guide block which is a £10 ktm part and make your own mounting bracket.

Looks great, if you want a number plate light, I have a small LED jobbie sitting in my tool box at home your welcome to if your passing Warrington sometime.

Ok taped the vents up cheers
