First run out this year 2002 ADV

I may be loosing the plot, first time out this year after the winter and have noticed that on a very smooth road on constant light throttle i feel what can only be described as a slight drumming from the rear which i can feel through the seat.
At first i though it might be the engine surging a little , but confussed that i can feel it through the seat. Its only just noticeable on the smoothest of roads, i think its always been there just that i notice it now, anyone experienced this ?

Not sure , will check next time, why do you ask about 4th ?
I just thought it may be a second harmonic from the drive shaft being a UJ and the reasonably tight angle is works through
Alternately dry / slightly worn UJ
rear tyre OK
