Ronno, I came past the Monadhliath Hotel yesterday and it seemed very quiet and closed for the season,

Guid point thought, Andy. It's a few miles for them. How aboot an alternative plan then?
Same coffee stop but then head north over Dalwhinnie to the Monadhliath Hotel near Laggan. It's a wee bit less for the Skye Guys to travel. If the OYS Young Team dinnae fancy it then we could revert to the original plan?

Coffee at 1100 Atholl arms hotel then I was thinking about lunch at the Glen hotel in Newtonmore only 35 miles up the road from Blair Atholl
or if you want cheap and chearfull we can go to the Chefs Grill in Newtonmore
17th or the 18th
If you want an overnighter the Glen Hotel does single rooms for £32.50
